Random Musings about life, and a back up blog? Unedited but complete…

Good evening, or so it is as I sit down to write.

Tomorrow is Sunday, and I decided to write something for tomorrow, today. As life would have it, my blog on WordPress is set to expire prior to my payday. So, if you don’t hear from me for a few days, that’s why.

But there is good news. I also have a blog at www.diaryofamadman.blogspot.com. It’s a recent development, a back-up plan if you will, just in case the worst should happen. I’m not talking about being unable to renew Freeman’s Front Porch Musings. That will happen. I’m referring to the astronomical increase of products and goods. The rapid inflation and other failed policies.

It’s a freaking madhouse out there, and I fear it’s not going to get any better. From what I have read recently, gas is going to skyrocket to six bucks a gallon, which means diesel will hit 7 or 8 bucks a gallon. Groceries are going to hit highs also.

The mystical ‘they’, in this case the government, are making it tough to survive. I’m not going to launch into a partisan debate over this. If anyone is to blame for it, I blame every idiot in Washington. None of them have our best interest at heart.

Otherwise, someone would have done something to help us already.

I plan to write until I have to choose between writing and starving. It might never come to that, but you can’t say it won’t. Until that day though, I plan to write stories, sip coffee, and eat all the bacon I can get my hands on.

In any case, today is not the day that I have to choose. If you feel so inclined, feel free to check out my secondary blog. I began my writing career on Blogger, and it’s nice to be back on the site. Of course, it’s not my primary but it’ll give me a chance to stretch my creative muscles.

Who knows what I will write about it. Maybe, I will turn it into a nature blog and fill it full of photos of the area where I live. It’s something to consider at least.

Take care and I’ll chat with you all soon.
