Good morning…..

It is almost 0530. My battle with my mind raged into the early morning hours (it refused to shut down). As I wait for my go-go juice to brew (coffee) I figure I might as well jot down something on my blog. Today will be a good day. It will be a long one, but a good one nonetheless.

To be successful in life we must envision our success. We can start by putting a positive spin on our perspective. There is nothing that we can do to change what is. Things will either go right or they will go wrong. If things work out right, there is nothing to worry about. Then again, if things go wrong there are only two things that can be done. You can attempt to fix it or it will remain broken. If you can fix it, there is nothing to worry about. Do you see how that works? In the words of the wisest man I know: You gotta let it go.

The secret to life is to understand that if you can’t directly impact it, then let it go. Worry will drive you crazy. Worry leads to anxiety. Anxiety leads to stress. Too much stress leads to death. God did not put on us on this spinning rock to fret our lives away. There is more to life than paying bills. Set your sights on what you want to accomplish, envision your success, and then crush it. Conan the Barbarian said that the greatest thing in life is: To crush your enemies, see them scattered before you and hear the lamentations of their women. I thought I would throw that in since it is nearing Christmas.

On a serious note, set your goals and crush them. Life is too short to not have a dream. Don’t go through life without a direction. Seek what you desire (don’t forget your spiritual health) and go for it. God bless you all, take care.

Freeman out.
