Today it has been very hard for me to find any motivation. The day started with me rounding up five goats. Then my dad and I took them to the stockyard to be sold. While we were there we looked for a couple of hogs, but, there were none to be found. After deciding not to stay, we headed back home from Savannah, TN.

I came home after the morning trip to the stockyard. I sat down and wrote for a bit, and the words just seemed to be stuck in my mind and refused to be put down on paper. I headed up to my parents to get my pup, and my dad asked me to ride off with him to Belmont. This trip was to buy moving blankets. As we strolled through the store, a wave of tiredness washed over my body. On the way home we stopped at a man’s house. He is kin to my lady friend, and we spent way too much time perusing his collection of stuff. Then it was back home.

Finally, I am in my own house for the rest of the evening. By no means, does that mean that I am done working. The location has changed is all. Tomorrow, I am headed out of town for a couple of days. It is sorely needed. There are several events coming up in the next month that I must get ready for. A major Amish auction will be taking place next month, and a fifty-mile yard sale will also be taking place at the same time. It is a great opportunity to buy, sell and trade. I can’t wait to see what will be at this yard sale.

Well, there you have it. My day up till now has been eventful, but its not over. I still have to wash clothes and pack for the ride tomorrow, not to mention trying to get some sleep since it has avoided me the past few nights. Take care.
